1. Are Legal Dash’s forms valid and enforceable in my state?

Generally, yes. Almost all of our forms are multistate forms drafted based on general principles of state and federal law and are valid in all states. Of course, when in doubt, it’s always best to have the completed form reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state.

 

2. Do you provide legal advice?

No. We are not your attorneys. The documents we provide are for informational purposes only and should not be taken as legal advice. Please review the item description carefully to make sure the document is suitable for your needs.

After you’ve customized the document, always review again (multiple times is best) to ensure everything is correct. When in doubt, consult an attorney licensed in your state.

 

3. Do you create custom forms?

Unfortunately, we do not create custom legal forms. This toes this line too closely to legal representation.

 

4. Does Legal Dash guarantee satisfaction?

If you are not satisfied with a document you’ve purchased, please contact us. We value our customers so much and we want you to be completely happy with the form you’ve purchased.

 

5. Does Legal Dash offer returns and refunds?

Because your purchased product is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. For this reason, all purchases of our digital products are non-refundable or exchangeable. In other words, since the digital products made available here are intangible, we are not able to offer refunds on these products.
